Takeshi Makimura (牧村 武史, Makimura Takeshi?) is a member of the B Squad in the MPD Public Safety Division 5. He is also a double agent who infiltrated the CCC, becoming a member under the code name 06 (Zero Six (レーロク, Rei Roku?)). He taught himself how to use a sniper rifle and taught Nanako Tenjo (Zero Seven) how to snipe as well.
When he attempted to expose the truth about the CCC to the police, he was shot by Queen's men and was thrown from the roof by Kirio Kikuhara (Zero Two), but he survives and is later taken care by fellow former agent, Mayu Sumimori (Eleven) and her family. He then continued with his life outside the CCC.
Makimura is a middle-aged man with a considerably short height, but he is noted to have a fit and muscular build. He has short green hair and sharp, light-green eyes. His later gets his upper left ear damaged and disfigured by Nanako Tenjo's gunshot. After the timeskip, his hair had grown much longer; to about shoulder-length, but he later had it cut in a similar style as Yuuki Anzai. His bangs frame most of his face while his hair is quite messy and fluffy. He also develops a more tired look, presumably from all the emotional stress he had gone through and the physical injuries he had gained.
- The name Takeshi means "military, martial" (武) (take) and "history" (史) (shi).
- Takeshi's surname Makimura means "shepherd, tend cattle" (牧) (maki) and "town, village" (村) (mura).
- It seems that Makimura once had hot-pot together with Takashi Sawazaki and Yousuke Asami when they were all rookies.
